Who we are
KARAT (قيراط) is run by Karat Solutions in Qatar. For anything about your data, write to support.karat@gmail.com.
What we collect
Your phone number, to sign you in with a text-message code. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the name and email address they share.
Your profile: name, photo, bio, and whether your profile is private.
What you post: Looks (photos and captions), comments and ✨ reactions.
Your messages with shops, and the fittings you book.
The pieces you save, and the chats and shops you pin, mute or hide.
Why we use it
To run the app: sign you in, show your profile and posts, deliver your messages to shops, and let a shop confirm your fitting. We don't sell your data, show ads or use trackers.
Your feed stays on your phone
The app picks pieces for you from what you save, open and react to. That runs on your phone and is never uploaded. Settings > Reset recommendations clears it.
Who handles it for us
Supabase stores the app's data and photos. An SMS provider sends your sign-in code and sees your phone number. Google or Apple handle sign-in if you choose them. The gold price comes from a market-data service that receives nothing about you.
Who can see what
Other users see your Looks, comments, name and photo. A private profile hides your bio and your Looks grid. Only you and the shop see your messages. You can block anyone: then neither of you sees the other's Looks, comments or profile.
Deleting your account
Settings > Delete account removes your profile, photos, Looks, comments, reactions and saves. Messages you sent to shops stay in the shop's chat as "Deleted user", and fittings you booked stay in the shop's records without your name. If you own a shop, the shop and its pieces are deleted too.
Children
The app is for people aged 13 and over.

ما الذي نجمعه
رقم هاتفك، لتسجيل دخولك برمز يصلك في رسالة نصية. وإذا سجّلت الدخول عبر Google أو Apple نستلم الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني اللذين يشاركانهما.
ملفك الشخصي: الاسم والصورة والنبذة، وهل ملفك خاص.
ما تنشره: الإطلالات (الصور والتعليقات عليها) والتعليقات وتفاعلات ✨.
رسائلك مع المحلات، ومواعيد القياس التي تحجزها.
القطع التي تحفظها، والمحادثات والمحلات التي تثبّتها أو تكتمها أو تخفيها.
لماذا نستخدمه
لتشغيل التطبيق: تسجيل دخولك، وعرض ملفك ومنشوراتك، وإيصال رسائلك إلى المحلات، وتمكين المحل من تأكيد موعد القياس. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع.
اقتراحاتك تبقى على هاتفك
يختار التطبيق لك القطع بناءً على ما تحفظه وتفتحه وتتفاعل معه. يجري ذلك على هاتفك ولا يُرفع أبدًا. يمكنك مسحه من الإعدادات > إعادة ضبط الاقتراحات.
من يعالج البيانات لصالحنا
تحفظ Supabase بيانات التطبيق وصوره. ويرسل مزوّد الرسائل النصية رمز الدخول ويطّلع على رقم هاتفك. وتتولى Google أو Apple تسجيل الدخول إن اخترتهما. ويأتي سعر الذهب من خدمة بيانات سوق لا تتلقى أي معلومة عنك.
من يرى ماذا
يرى المستخدمون الآخرون إطلالاتك وتعليقاتك واسمك وصورتك. الملف الخاص يُخفي نبذتك وشبكة إطلالاتك. لا يرى رسائلك إلا أنت والمحل. ويمكنك حظر أي شخص، فلا يرى أيٌّ منكما إطلالات الآخر أو تعليقاته أو ملفه.
حذف حسابك
من الإعدادات > حذف الحساب يُحذف ملفك الشخصي وصورك وإطلالاتك وتعليقاتك وتفاعلاتك ومحفوظاتك. تبقى الرسائل التي أرسلتها إلى المحلات في محادثة المحل باسم "مستخدم محذوف"، وتبقى مواعيد القياس في سجلات المحل دون اسمك. وإذا كنت تملك محلًا يُحذف المحل وقطعه أيضًا.
الأطفال
التطبيق مخصص لمن بلغوا 13 عامًا فأكثر.
