Delete your account

In the app

1. Open KARAT and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Type the word delete and confirm.

Without the app

Email support.karat@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, or tell us the phone number on your account. We will confirm it is you, then delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, photos, Looks, comments, reactions and saves.

What stays

Messages you sent to shops stay in the shop's chat as "Deleted user". Fittings you booked stay in the shop's records without your name. If you own a shop, the shop and its pieces are deleted too.

من داخل التطبيق

1. افتح قيراط وانتقل إلى الإعدادات.
2. اضغط حذف الحساب.
3. اكتب كلمة حذف ثم أكّد.

بدون التطبيق

راسلنا على support.karat@gmail.com من البريد الذي سجّلت به، أو اذكر رقم الهاتف المرتبط بحسابك. سنتأكد أنك صاحب الحساب ثم نحذفه خلال 30 يومًا.

ما الذي يُحذف

ملفك الشخصي وصورك وإطلالاتك وتعليقاتك وتفاعلاتك ومحفوظاتك.

ما الذي يبقى

تبقى الرسائل التي أرسلتها إلى المحلات في محادثة المحل باسم "مستخدم محذوف"، وتبقى مواعيد القياس في سجلات المحل دون اسمك. وإذا كنت تملك محلًا يُحذف المحل وقطعه أيضًا.
